Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in client homes or community settings. The role focuses on implementing evidence-based interventions, building independence, and supporting families through collaborative care plans.

No prior experience is required, and positions start part time, with opportunities to advance. The ideal candidate will be patient, compassionate, and reliable, with a passion for making a difference in children's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm under pressure.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community sites.
• All positions start part time (PT).
• Encouraged to pursue the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.
• Minimum 6-month commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team implementing skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
