Action Behavior Centers is hiring in Frisco, TX for a full-time Behavior Technician. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following treatment plans and collecting session data.

No prior experience required; paid training and RBT certification are fully covered. The role offers stable daytime hours, with potential Saturday shifts based on patient needs, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Formación

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with frequent movement and active pace around young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
