Job summary

ABA 360 seeks compassionate individuals to join our team delivering one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services in clients' homes or community locations in New Jersey. This part-time role welcomes newcomers with no prior experience and offers flexible afternoon or evening hours to fit student schedules.

You will implement evidence-based interventions, collect session data, and collaborate with families to support independence and positive behavior change. Training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
