Job summary

ABA 360 in New Jersey seeks compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No experience required; you will be trained and supported by a clinical team.

Part-time opportunities with flexible afternoon or evening hours, a strong path into the ABA field, and the chance to help children with Autism and their families thrive. Join a devoted team focused on evidence-based interventions, data collection, and collaboration with families and care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to home/community-based sites.
• All positions start off part time.
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Support independence and skill-building as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
