Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking part‑time staff to provide one‑on‑one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, with paid training and no prior experience required. Great entry point into ABA with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within the field.

Position starts part‑time, training provided, and you will work closely with families and our clinical team. RBT training will be arranged as needed; commitment and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
