Heartland Behavior is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes or community settings. This entry-level role offers paid training, no prior experience required, and the support of a clinical team.

Positions start part-time with afternoon or evening hours and flexible scheduling; reliable transportation is needed. Training is provided to help you grow in ABA and related education fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and be passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Support skill building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment outcomes.
