Behavior One Autism Solutions is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children and teens with autism, applying ABA-based strategies in home and community settings to promote growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ Live Scan background check and TB test.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management programs.
• Apply ABA techniques with emphasis on prevention and behavior management.
• Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress per treatment plan.
• Maintain confidentiality of client records.
• Attend treatment/behavior management team meetings.
