Behavior One Autism Solutions in Paramount, CA is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and teens with ASD in home and community settings. You will implement behavior plans, track progress, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ Live Scan background check.
• Ability to provide evidence of negative tuberculosis test.
• Consistent and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management programs.
• Apply behavioral techniques with a focus on prevention and behavior management.
• Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to measurable goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client's treatment.
• Attend and participate in treatment/behavior management team meetings.
