Behavior One Autism Solutions is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children and teens with autism by implementing ABA-based programs, monitoring progress, and maintaining confidentiality. We offer flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Positions include part-time and full-time roles within a 15–20 mile radius of Garden Grove, CA, with comprehensive benefits for 32+ hours per week and paid training. First-time RBTs get stipend support and career development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to adhere to ethical and professional standards; background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management programs.
• Apply behavioral techniques with emphasis on prevention and behavior management.
• Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to measurable goals in the treatment plan.
• Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client's treatment.
• Attend and participate in treatment/behavior management team meetings with staff.
