Always Shining ABA LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This role focuses on applying ABA principles while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in after-school and weekend sessions.

Candidates should have a high school diploma; college coursework in psychology or related fields is preferred. Reliable, patient, and professional behavior, plus strong communication and teamwork skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred).
• Experience as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA principles.
• Provide after-school and weekend support at Jersey City and Newark locations.

Always Shining ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for compassionate, dependable behavior techs who enjoy working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA principles.

Current Locations Available:

• Jersey City - 3 year old
• Mon-Fri: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Sat (2 a month): 2:00 - 5:00 PM
• Jersey City - 6 year old
• Tues, Thur & Fri: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Sat (Newark): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

This is a great opportunity for experienced Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians looking for consistent after-school and weekend hours.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
