Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Therapist for kids (BT/RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. This entry point into the ABA field offers paid training and no prior experience is required.

You will work part-time with flexible scheduling, supporting children with Autism to improve independence and behavior, while collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
