BK Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated individuals to join our ABA team. We provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

You will be part of a clinical team directly implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data, and connecting with families to reinforce progress. No experience is required and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
