BK Behavior is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings in Kansas. No experience required; paid training provided; start part-time with flexible hours to fit college schedules.

You will work as part of a clinical team, record session data, and collaborate with families to support independence and behavior goals. Transport is required and the role offers hands-on, real-world experience in Applied Behavior

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
• Be a key member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
