Job summary

ABA 360 in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior. No prior experience is required and positions start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours.

Ideal for students or entrants in Special Education or psychology, with opportunities to grow and pursue the 40-hour RBT course.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and be passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
