AllTheWay ABA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Amherst, MA. This role supports children with behavioral challenges under BCBA supervision and offers flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time, and internship tracks.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA-based plans, assisting with ADLs, and documenting progress while collaborating with families to meet client goals. Training and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.
• Experience working with children, especially with developmental or behavioral disorders.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and patient care practices.
• Background in implementing care plans is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA using ABA techniques.
• Assist clients with ADLs to promote independence and improve functioning.
• Monitor and document client progress in accordance with organizational standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors.
