Job Summary:
Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team in the Neptune, New Jersey area. As an ABA Therapist with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children and families in our community. Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans, conducting one-on-one and group therapeutic sessions with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs
Utilize evidence-based ABA practices to promote skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes
Collaborate with BCBA(s) and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans, ensuring consistency and continuity of care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including data collection and reporting
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical integrity, professionalism, and compassion in all aspects of work
Requirements:
RBT certification is preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work with children and adolescents with varying levels of need, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records
