Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking part-time RBTs to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will collect data on behavior and skill acquisition, maintain professionalism, and communicate effectively with families and team members.

The role offers a flexible schedule, travel to multiple locations, and opportunities to grow in the ABA field. We provide RBT training and support as you advance your career.

Qualifications

• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively in a flexible, part-time role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to in-home and community settings.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
