Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will collect behavior and skill data, stay goal-oriented, and maintain professionalism while working with children with autism.

A reliable vehicle and strong communication skills are essential. The role offers flexible hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy settings is required.
• ABA Therapy: 2 years (Required).
• Experience with children with autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Use your own vehicle for travel to clients' homes or communities.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
