Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking a part-time RBT to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy in the Reston area. You will collect data, work with families, and collaborate with a team of caring BCBAs to drive positive outcomes.

The role requires 2 years of ABA experience, an RBT training or certification, and reliable transportation. A supportive environment with flexible hours aims to promote work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent time management skills.
