Storybook ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time work across home and community settings in Virginia. You will deliver ABA therapy, collect data, and help children with autism reach goals.

The role emphasizes skilled communication, reliability, and teamwork, with a flexible schedule and competitive hourly rates. You will drive to client locations, participate in training, and grow within the ABA field.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
