AllTheWay ABA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team, supporting children with behavioral challenges under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA-based plans, assisting with ADLs, documenting progress, and collaborating with families to align care with goals.

We offer flexible hours (full-time, part-time, internship), weekends as needed, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, especially with developmental or behavioral disorders, is preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and patient care practices.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve overall functioning.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop care plans that align with client needs and goals.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral health.

Behavior Technician (BT) Job Summary:

The BT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with behavioral challenges.
