Job summary

Cb is seeking a caring ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one therapy to a young child with autism in home and community settings. The role emphasizes following structured programs, collecting data, and collaborating with parents and supervising BCBA, to help the child develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will maintain session notes, report progress, and participate in training sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably those with autism or developmental disabilities.
• RBT certification or ABA experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a child with autism in the home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect data and record session notes accurately.
• Support the child in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Communicate progress and challenges with the supervising team and parents.
