Job summary

Cb is looking for a dedicated ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one support to a 19-year-old with autism. The ideal candidate will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data accurately, and support the child's development in communication and daily living skills.

This role offers flexible hours on weekdays after 5:00 PM and weekends. Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience working with children, ideally those with autism. We invite you to join our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably those with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Must pass a background check.
• RBT certification or ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a child with autism in the home or community setting.
