Job summary

A leading behavioral health provider in New York is seeking a caring and reliable ABA provider to work one-on-one with a young child with autism. The ideal candidate will support the child's development and work collaboratively with parents and supervisors. Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, data collection, and communication with the team. High school diploma required; RBT certification preferred. Flexible weekday hours after 3:00 PM and weekends. Compensation is $25 an hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• RBT certification or ABA experience preferred; training available.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to a child with autism in the home or community setting

Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA

Collect data and record session notes accurately

Support the child in developing communication, social, and daily living skills

Communicate progress and challenges with the supervising team and parents

Qualifications

Experience working with children, preferably those with autism or developmental disabilities

RBT certification or ABA experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)

Reliability, compassion, and strong communication skills

Must pass a background check

Schedule

Flexible hours weekdays after 3:00 PM and weekends anytime.

Compensation

Compensation rate $25 an hour.
