Job summary

Children Making Strides, located in Worcester, Massachusetts, is seeking enthusiastic Behavioral Therapists to provide ABA therapy for children with autism aged 1-9 in an in-home setting. Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of amazing kids? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 1-9, in an in‑home setting. We are seeking both experienced ABA professionals and recent graduates.

This case will be Monday‑Friday 9:00am-1:00pm

What You'll Do

• Provide ABA therapy for children at their home or in our clinic and draft reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
• Help kids build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
• Work alongside like‑minded individuals to create best outcomes and impacts.
• Create engaging and fun learning experiences.
• Foster a supportive and caring environment.
• Bring smiles and progress to young faces.
