Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, ages 2–9, in both center and home-based settings. Training is provided for all new BTs, with opportunities to grow under BCBA supervision.

You’ll deliver ABA therapy, help develop communication and social skills, and create engaging, play-based learning experiences. A valid driver’s license is preferred for home visits; part-time roles include a $500 sign-on bonus and
