Job summary

ABA360 is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in client homes or community settings. No experience is required; training is encouraged through BK Academy and after-school schedules are common.

You will support skill-building, collect data, and work with families to improve treatment outcomes while maintaining a caring, calm approach in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Services will be provided in clients homes or in the community based locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• All positions start off part time.
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical Schedule after school hours during the week additional hours available on the weekends
