Job summary

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is an ABA-focused provider delivering 1:1 support to children with autism in home and school settings. This entry-level role includes full training and exposure to clinical systems, with an emotionally and physically demanding workload that rewards resilience and growth.

The position offers a path to full-time roles, RBT certification support, and supervision. A flexible schedule, device support, and mileage reimbursement are among the benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with full training provided.
• Emotionally and physically demanding role.
• Requires consistency and resilience.
• ABA experience is a plus, not required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs.
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Manage challenging behaviors safely and professionally.
• Remain calm, regulated, and engaged during difficult moments.
• Accurate data collection and documentation.
• Professional communication with supervisors and families.
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules and clinical software.
• Work in in-home, school, and/or clinic-based settings.
