Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children and families in their homes, schools, and community settings, under the supervision of BCBA(s).

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBA(s)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure consistent therapy
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

Job Summary:

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized ABA services to children and families in our community. Our team is committed to using evidence-based practices to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to clients in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective therapy
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
