In this role, you will provide direct, individualized support by implementing ABA treatment programs designed to build new skills and promote positive behavioral outcomes. Services are provided in clients' homes and community-based settings based on their individualized treatment needs.
Most client sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with scheduling flexibility based on client needs and your availability.
Compensation ranges from $20–$27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may also be available for bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants.
As a Behavior Technician, you will directly support children as they develop essential communication, social, adaptive, and everyday living skills. You will implement evidence-based ABA strategies to promote skill development, encourage greater independence, and address behaviors that may interfere with learning, safety, or daily functioning.
Individuals with coursework, degrees, or experience in psychology, education, human services, child development, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
