Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 seeks compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. No prior experience required; paid training is provided and a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course is required. Minimum commitment is six months, with part-time hours and opportunities for schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
