Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will work with a dedicated clinical team to implement skill-building and caregiver-supported plans, promoting independence for children with Autism.

Position is part-time with paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a growing ABA program. You will monitor progress, document outcomes, and engage families to ensure consistent care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and pursue RBT certification before working.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
