Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Aurora, CO to deliver ABA-based therapy to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. You will work closely with BCBA supervision, collect data, and report progress while maintaining confidentiality and following safety policies.

The role emphasizes crisis-skill experience, compassionate communication, and participation in a supportive team dedicated to growth, training, and advancing careers in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Experience working with kids with autism.
• Experience in crisis situations.
• Recent graduate, CNA, or studies in psychology or education.
• Strong passion for behavioral health and serving others.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based therapy for children and adults with ASD under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social and self-help skills in individual or small group settings.
• Collect data to monitor progress and adjust treatment goals.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals.
• Adhere to confidentiality and mandated reporting standards.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families and colleagues.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to gain knowledge.
