Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills. We offer paid training, certification support, and ongoing mentorship.

The position features flexible part-time hours, weekly pay, and supportive supervision from BCBA(s) to guide clinical progress and skill development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College credits preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR/BLS Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Comfortable using technology for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Help clients build communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Implement ABA behavior Treatment plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Encourage progress and celebrate milestones.
• Track client progress using a mobile app.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and families to support client success.
