Job summary

Pops-Aba in North Carolina is seeking caring, driven individuals to join our ABA team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). You will work under a BCBA supervision, delivering evidence-based interventions to clients with autism and related challenges in homes and schools.

You’ll implement BIPs, conduct one-on-one instruction using DTT and naturalistic methods, and collect progress data while helping clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) created by the BCBA to address each client’s needs.
• Deliver one-on-one instruction using ABA methods such as DTT and naturalistic teaching.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Support clients in developing functional skills across communication, socialization, and self-care.
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes independence and motivation.
• Coordinate with the BCBA and team to assess progress and adjust plans.
• Maintain open communication with families and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance ABA skills.
