Job summary

Able Stars ABA LLC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision, with a focus on data collection and client progress.

The position offers flexible full- and part-time schedules, ongoing training, and pathways to BCBA certification within a collaborative team. Travel locally is required as part of client sessions.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong observational, data collection, and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel locally and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients at home, school and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
• Complete timely, individualized session notes meeting standards.
• Communicate progress with BCBA supervisor and team.
• Collaborate with families to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines, ethics and funding requirements.
