Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification before providing services.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to remain calm in challenging situations.
• We provide training to help earn the RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
