Job summary

ServingSchools is seeking an Ed Tech 2 to support educational and behavioral services for children and adults with special needs. The role involves implementing behavioral intervention plans under supervision, and collaborating with school professionals to reach learning and behavioral goals.

Responsibilities include assisting with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed by a supervisor such as a BCBA, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Ed Tech Licensure in State of Maine or willingness to apply
• One year relevant experience preferred
• Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• The Ed Tech 2 works to implement behavioral intervention plans and facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs.
• Collaboration with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives; support implementation of ABA services designed by a supervisor such as a BCBA.
