aba360 is seeking dedicated individuals to provide part-time, one-on-one ABA services in Newark and surrounding areas. You will work with children and families, applying evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior while recording session data and collaborating with families to improve treatment effectiveness.

These roles are ideal for those starting in ABA or psychology, with flexible afternoon/evening hours and a path to growth within the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
