aba360 is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, delivering evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.

No experience is required, making this an ideal entry point into the field of psychology. All positions start part-time, with opportunities for advancement, flexible afternoon or evening hours, and a 6-month commitment encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
