aba360 is seeking caring individuals for part-time ABA positions providing one-on-one services to children in homes or community settings. You will support independence and positive behavior using evidence-based interventions as part of a clinical team.

No prior experience required; great entry point into psychology. Training opportunities and flexible afternoon/evening hours are available to fit student schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping individuals with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of a clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
