Action Behavior Centers in Phoenix seeks an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to provide center-based early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 13 years. You will collect data, implement individualized plans, and develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision.

The role offers no-cost supervision, a first-pass BCBA bonus, tuition discounts, and extensive support including study groups and student loan assistance. Expect 32–40 hours weekly with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of children aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Allocating 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sitting for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
