Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is offering a Behavior Analysis Practicum for Master's students. The role provides in-centre early intervention experience, data-driven treatment planning, and supervision toward BACBA certification.

You will work with BCBA guidance, dedicate time for BDS modules, and prepare for the BACB exam within six months. Program provides a clear career growth track with paid hours, supervision, student loan support, and additional benefits designed for student analysts pursuing

Qualifications

• Student Analyst accrues 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of kiddos aged 18 months to 13 years
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Developing clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating with BCBA and team to live ABC’s core values
• Allocating 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining
