Heartland ABA in Clarinda, IA is seeking a dedicated Child Development & ABA Specialist (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, supporting independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions.

All positions start part-time with a six-month commitment; you will join a robust clinical team and have access to referral bonuses, professional development, and same-day paycheck options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and be passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
