ABS Kids is seeking an Assistant Director of ABA Services to mentor Behavior Analyst Trainees and supervise BATs, while overseeing a reduced caseload and ensuring high-quality ABA services. The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and ethical practice within a collaborative team environment.

The candidate should be a BCBA in good standing with relevant post-certification experience and a track record in supervision, with opportunities to participate in growth initiatives and community

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing with state licensure, if applicable.
• At least 1 year post-certification BCBA experience.
• Experience managing cases and supervising trainees.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management with direct supervision and parent training.
• Supervise BATs and mentor them in treatment plan implementation.
• Conduct performance reviews and contribute to advancement decisions.
• Ensure quality and ethical practice across services.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and families; participate in team meetings.
