Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is looking for Teacher's Aides and Educational Instructional Aides for Summer School 2026 and the 2026/2027 academic year. You will support classroom teachers and help create a positive, engaging environment for students.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ParaPro Certification and/or Associate's Degree preferred.
• Prior experience working with children or students in a school/classroom setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers with daily lessons and activities.
• Assist students academically, socially, and behaviorally throughout the school day.
• Communicate student progress and concerns with teachers and staff as appropriate.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience supporting students with special needs

Education
