Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through ABA.

We provide strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities for leadership as we expand across the state. The role involves in-home, school, or community-based therapy with supervision from a BCBA.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; we can assist with certification.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session.
• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively.

Our team provides strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
