Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes or daycare settings across New York State. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior plans and help children gain new skills.

The role offers flexible hours, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to work with families in a supportive environment. Training to become an RBT is provided or required as part of the position.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete the required training to become an RBT.
• Reliable transportation for in-home and community sessions.
• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
• Willingness to learn ABA techniques and follow instructions.

About the Position

Strides ABA is looking for caring and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work with children with developmental disabilities in their homes or daycare settings.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help children learn new skills, follow behavior plans, and make progress toward their goals.
