Job summary

Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA instruction for children with ASD in Indianapolis, IN. You will work under the direction of a BCBA to support communication, social play, and adaptive skills.

The role includes daily data collection to track progress toward client goals and maintaining clear communication with the supervising team. Per diem cases are available, offering flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with ASD recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with ASD in communication, social play, and adaptive skills under the direction of a BCBA.
• Record objective daily data to reflect client progress towards goals.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors.
