Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with autism.
- Patience, compassion and calm under challenging situations.
- Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
- Implement individualized skill building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
- Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
- Create a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
